KWerner Color Challenge

Had to make a card with Kristina's color challenge this week because it was RED!

 I also needed a special thank you card for Dovetta who made the girls Halloween costumes this year. Ill share those with you as soon as I have pics, they are gorgeous!

Gotta go pack for the Ontario Scrapbook Expo tomorrow. It is going to be so fun, there are tons of classes all day and so many fantastic booths. I will be working at the K2R booth for a while and then I am taking a canvas class and I am really looking forward to hitting the Tattered Angels, Piggy Tales, and Technique Tuesday booths!

Color Inspiration Key Plate Card

Sometimes I wonder WWKWD?
What would Kristina Werner Do?

Her Color Challenge this week is super Kuai!

I had fun working with these hues and even more so with the shape of the card.
I used a chipboard piece from a Basic Grey Album kit called Key Plate to create this card.

I actually made 3 of these to give to my Mom, Sis, and Cam
to Thank them for making my B-Day so special.

KWernerDesign Color Inspiration and Back to School Scrapbook Layout

I Love Kristina Werner's Blog and I am FINALLY taking part in her fantastic Color Inspiration Challenges, Im only 20 behind!~ Well, Im so glad I did because I ended up having fun with these colors....

and came up with this card for Mackenzie's teacher....

and a little gift.....

and even a Scrapbook Layout.....

Wow, so glad I did! While I was doing that I was totally enjoying Stephenie Meyer's Playlist for Breaking Dawn.

I am SLOWLY reading this one because I am going to be so sad when it's over. I powered through Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse in the last few weeks.
Mackenzie actually got Twilight for her birthday and after hearing so much about it I thought I would read it and I got sucked in. I seriously have November 21st marked off on my calendar for the movie!

Camie is one book behind me so we have been enjoying discussing it as we walk the track at soccer practice, geeky bliss. Now I just have to get lydia to crack the first one and catch up before the movie so we can make it a party!
